COTE DE NUITS

Description

Georges Roumier is a prestigious winery located in the heart of Burgundy, France. With a history dating back to 1924, the winery is known for producing high-quality wines that showcase the unique terroir of the region.

The 2011 Corton Charlemagne from Georges Roumier is a standout white wine that exudes elegance and finesse. This Grand Cru Chardonnay offers a complex bouquet of citrus, stone fruit, and toasted nuts. On the palate, it is rich and creamy with a perfect balance of acidity. The wine finishes with a long, lingering mineral-driven finish. This vintage is drinking beautifully now but also has excellent aging potential.
