POUJEAUX MOULIS 1995

Bordeaux

With its 38 appellations, the Bordeaux vineyard is the most important in France in terms of AOC. Some of the wines produced there are among the most famous and expensive in the world, making Bordeaux a world benchmark in terms of wine production.

The vineyard's production is varied: around 80% red wines (such as Pomerol or Pauillac) and 20% dry white wines (such as Entre-deux-mers or Pessac-Léognan) or sweet (for example Sauternes or Cadillac), to which are added rosés, clairets, and sparkling wines (crémant de Bordeaux).

POUJEAUX MOULIS 1995

MOULIS

Description

Located in the Moulis-en-Médoc appellation of Bordeaux, Château Poujeaux is known for producing high-quality wines with great aging potential. The estate has a long history dating back to the 16th century, and is now a Cru Bourgeois.

This 1995 vintage of Poujeaux Moulis is a fine example of a well-aged Bordeaux. With its deep ruby color and complex aromas of black currant, cedar, and tobacco, this wine offers a rich and balanced palate with smooth tannins and a long finish. Perfect to enjoy now or cellar for a few more years.
