With its 38 appellations, the Bordeaux vineyard is the most important in France in terms of AOC. Some of the wines produced there are among the most famous and expensive in the world, making Bordeaux a world benchmark in terms of wine production.
The vineyard's production is varied: around 80% red wines (such as Pomerol or Pauillac) and 20% dry white wines (such as Entre-deux-mers or Pessac-Léognan) or sweet (for example Sauternes or Cadillac), to which are added rosés, clairets, and sparkling wines (crémant de Bordeaux).

This 1998 vintage of Trotanoy Pomerol is a complex and elegant wine with a deep ruby color. On the nose, it showcases aromas of black fruit, truffles, and cedar. The palate is rich and velvety, with flavors of plum, cherry, and spices. The tannins are well-integrated, contributing to a long and smooth finish.
